Highway Youth

We’re keeping our cards close to our chest this month, so you’ll have to come along each week to see what we’ve got in store for Boost & Exit45. But the one thing we can tell you about is QLD Youth Alive On Friday, September 10. New Empire, Reggie Dabbs & Hillsong UNITED will be there and tickets are only $25 (including transport). Buy your tickets at the info desk.

We’ll be meeting at church at 5pm and returning at 11:30pm.

Oct 1 - Unleashed Youth is having a break for school holidays. We start back up on Friday October 8.

Urban Young Adults

On Sept. 10th you have the choice of joining the Youth at QLD Youth Alive or going on a mystery night with Stevie. Either of these nights will be perfect opportunities to bring friends so step out and invite them along.

Children’s Ministries Holiday Dates

Kids Impact is having a week off for school holidays: September 19, (family worship in ‘Big Church’) and September 26 is a DVD Sunday for junior and seniors.Kid’s Klub is not on Fridays, September 17 and 24.

Highway Men's

The Highway Men's Ministry meet every Thursday at 7:00 pm in the Main Auditorium. Come and grow in the destiny that God has for the Men of Highway.

Songwriter's Cafe

The Songwriter's Cafe is Coming Soon. For just $15, you will learn the secrets to writing new and awesome songs. The workshops will equip you to hear and write from God's heart to ours! Don't miss this fun and exciting time.

Women's Fashion fundraiser.

Next month we are having a Women’s Fashion Fundraiser and all money raised will be going towards the Teen Challenge Women’s Facility. For all the details see the website. Please donate any unwanted clothes and accessories and leave at the info desk before Monday 27 September.

YOUNG AT HEART over 50’s.

The Young at Heart over 50’s group, formally known as Senior Moments would love to invite you to go Ten Pin bowling at the Hyperdome and have coffee & dessert after at the Coffee Cub. Bollywood fundraiser ball.

The Bollywood Ball is coming up on October 16th! Not to be missed all ages event. Invite your friends and colleagues. All funds raised will go to the India housing project.

Sow Hope.

SOW HOPE is meeting to accessorize a shipment that has arrived from India of scarves and hats. Anyone who can knit, sew, or use a glue gun or learn is welcome. Its this Tues night. Please see Addie for details.

Highway Outreach Team is Meeting today at 12 noon in the 'lighthouse' out the back. Come and hear some great teaching on Evangelism and how to put it into action.

Highway Women

Highway prayer room is open each Thursday and open twice monthly on a Friday. You can either just turn up or make an appointment with Teneille at reception.
